L’Anse – A holiday concert, “A Festival of Carols” will be presented by the newly-formed vocal group, “Bay Area Chamber Choir” and “Bells on the Bay” Handbell Choir, Friday, December 9 at 7 p.m. at the United Lutheran Church, Main Street at Mesnard in L’Anse.
Light refreshments will be served following the concert, and a free-will offering will be taken to support local charity and the purchase of music for the Chamber Choir.
Eric Erickson will direct the Chamber Choir, composed of singers from the L’Anse-Baraga area and environs, and Sally Klaasen will direct the Handbell Choir.
