Marquette – A dance to promote World AIDS Day and support the Marquette County Health Department’s Continuum of Care Program will be held on Friday, December 2 from 7:30 to 10 p.m. in the Huron Room of the University Center at Northern Michigan University.
Admission is free and raffle tickets will be sold for $5. Local businesses have donated more than $500 in prizes, including gift certificates and product samples.
The Continuum of Care Program assists Marquette County residents diagnosed with HIV/AIDS, as well as their families. It also works to create awareness of the appropriate preventative services available.
