Negaunee – The Upper Peninsula Animal Welfare Shelter will hold a $5 Feline Adoption Event on Thursday, December 1 from noon to 6:30 p.m. at the shelter, 84 Snowfield Road in Negaunee Township.
The event is part of a promotion across the U.S., supported by the national animal welfare organization Best Friends Animal Society.
All felines age 5 months and older will be offered for a $5 adoption fee. Adoptions include the spay or neuter surgery as needed, vaccines and Dr. Tim’s All Natural Food.
