Marquette – The National Alliance of Mental Illness Alger/Marquette chapter will meet on Monday, November 28 from 7 to 9 p.m. at 129 W. Baraga Avenue Marquette.
Dr. Michael Papin, a psychiatrist at Marquette General Hospital, will lead a panel discussion of the necessity of addressing total physical health concerns when working toward recovery from mental health illnesses.
Physician’s assistant Alisha Wasilewski and R.N. Elise Bunce will discuss some proactive approaches to physical activity and dietary issues which can help promote recovery.
