Marquette – The Upper Peninsula Animal Welfare Shelter (UPAWS) will hold an Adopt-a-thon on Saturday, November 12 from noon to 4 p.m. at the Westwood Mall in Marquette.
Pets will be offered at 25 percent off their listed adoption fee. Both pets at the Mall and at the shelter will be eligible for the special rate.
There will also be UPAWS shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, totes, the new 2012 Pet Photo Calendar and more for sale.
