One Book,One Community November Highlights “The Lazarus Project”

ONE BOOK NOVEMBER EVENTS PLANNED

MARQUETTE, Mich.—The One Book, One Community program will host four November events revolving around this year’s selection, The Lazarus Project. All are free and open to the public.

A book discussion is scheduled at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, at Snowbound Books in Marquette.

Author Aleksandar Hemon will visit Northern Michigan University and give a presentation at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15, in the University Center.

A multi-media program of musical and poetic responses to The Lazarus Project will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, in Reynolds Recital Hall at NMU.

This year’s program will close with a final book discussion at 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 21, at Dead River Coffee in Marquette.
