Marquette – Melted, a dining option offering new twists on the classic grilled cheese and tomato soup meal, will open on Monday, September 12, in Northern Michigan University’s C.B. Hedgcock building. It will occupy the former Temaki & Tea location. Hours are 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday.
Melted will feature a variety of classic and creative grilled cheese sandwiches along with soup, grab-and-go salads, desserts and beverages. The dessert menu includes sweet melts served on brioche with flavors such as s’mores and strawberry New York cheesecake.
