Marquette – The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will present America’s Lake Superior: A Tourist’s Perspective on Thursday, September 1 at 4 p.m. at Upfront and Company in downtown Marquette.
This social and kickoff event will show images of Lake Superior via a digital slide show. David Jesse McChesney, author and nature photographer, will share his personal stories of Lake Superior adventures and play a few harmonica pieces. Food from the Upfront kitchen will be provided.
This event is free for NCLL members, $5 for others. Advance registration is required by Sunday, August 28. Call Pat Frenn at 225-1841.
