Marquette – A Shalom Service will be held on Sunday, October 12at 7 p.m. at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 1318 Presque Isle Avenue in Marquette.
Rev. Charlie West of Grace United Methodist Church will be the speaker.
A Fellowship Coffee will follow the service.
A free will offering will be collected and donated to the Room at the Inn Homeless Shelter.
The ecumenical Shalom Service, held on the second Sunday of each month, is intentional in social justice and peace advocacy.
