Marquette – The Marquette Area Blues Fest will be held Saturday, September 3 and Sunday, September 4 at the Mattson Lower Harbor Park in Marquette.
Gates open at noon each day, with music and workshops beginning at 1 p.m. Music ends at 10 p.m. each day.
There will be food and beverages available. No carry-ins allowed.
Advance tickets are $40 for a weekend pass. Tickets are available at NMU EZ Ticket Outlets, Marquette Wallpaper and Paint, MacDonald’s Music, Lake Superior Community Partnership and Jim’s Music. Tickets are also available in Iron Mountain at The Music Tree, in Houghton at Good Times Music, in Sault Ste. Marie at Grooves Music, in Brimley at the Dancing Crane Coffee House, in Escanaba at the Record Rack and in Green Bay at Jim’s Music.
Gate tickets are $25 per day for adults, $10 for young adult tickets (ages 15-23 with i.d.) and free for youth 14 and under when accompanied by an adult.
