Marquette – A workshop on the ancient art of mandalas will be offered on Wednesday, August 10 from 11 a.m. to noon in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library as part of its One World, Many Stories Summer Reading Program.
Participants will learn a Hindi song and create their own mandala design. A mandala is a geometric design symbolizing the universe.
This event is free, and youths of all ages are welcome. Children 5 or younger must be accompanied by an adult.
