Marquette – The Afternoon Classic Films Series will present a screening of “My Fair Lady” on Friday, August 19 at 1:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
This film is the story of snobbish Professor Henry Higgins, who tries to transform unrefined Cockney flower girl Eliza Doolittle into a lady, and fool everyone into thinking she really is one, too. Released in 1964, the color film runs for 170 minutes.
