Marquette – The Northern Michigan University Regional Police Academy will host an informational meeting for prospective participants on Monday, September 29 at 5 p.m. in Room 132 of the Jacobetti Center on Sugarloaf Avenue in Marquette.
Topic areas will include Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards, requirements to enter the academy, NMU requirements for enrollment and an overview of the academy. There also will be a question and answer period.
