MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Debra Nance with the Marquette Area Fourth of July Committee joined Sunny 101.9’s Mark and Walt in the Morning today to give an update about the planned festivities for the Fourth of July in the Marquette area.
Previously, when Nance was on the program a few weeks ago, she discussed several of the financial challenges the committee was facing as the parade and fireworks approached. Since then, several area businesses and individual residents have stepped up to make financial contributions that alleviated a major portion of the pressures.
