Presenting A Check To Benefit Willow Farms

MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – The 10-th Annual Great Lakes Radio/Flanigan’s Bar/BioLife Plasma Charity Golf Outing was held recently here in Marquette County. Today, we had the opportunity to follow through with a check presentation to this year’s recipient, the Willow Farms Therapeutic Riding Program in Harvey, MI.

Great Lakes Radio Sales Guru Bill Tibor joined Don Marple, owner of Flanigan’s Bar and Julie Frazier from Willow Farms all joined Mark Evans today on the big program for a formal presentation of a check with all of the proceeds raised to the therapeutic riding prgram. Over 2300 dollars was raised to benefit the effort and help with scholarships for kids to take part. Some of the money came from an additional donation from Kohl’s and their support is greatly appreciated.
