Marquette – The Marquette Astronomical Society will hold it's quarterly meeting on Friday, September 19 at 7 p.m. at the Shiras Planetarium, located at the back of Marquette Senior High School.
On the agenda are plans for a star party at the observatory as well as planning for a public viewing with telescopes at Mattson Park in the near future.
View current sky objects on the planetarium dome and see a program on supernovae presented by the planetarium director.
Everyone is welcome to attend, you need not be a member.
