Singers…The Texaco Country Showdowns are ready to begin in the Upper Peninsula. 5 events are coming, with the 6th regional event at the Island Resort and Casino in Escanaba in September. Some local singer/song writer will win $1,000.00 in Escanaba.
You are allowed to enter all 5 Showdown’s singing until until you win. You may sing Pop, Christian, AC, Blue Grass, Country or what ever your favorite music is. Sing with a track. Sing solo – duo – or perform as a band. Sing a couple cover songs and sing an original. Get 3 songs ready to go. If your are singing to a music track bring the cd along.
It’s $20 to register at our studios at 3060 US 41 West,. We are just north of Taco Bell in the Superior Entertainment Center. Bring 20 bucks & Fill out the CONTESTANT ENTRY FORM at our studios between 8:30 to 5p. Showdown’s begin at 1pm, July 1st, downtown Ishpeming at the Festival of Treasurers.
