Upper Peninsula Cage Fighting Holds Competition In Marquette County

(MARQUETTE, MI) – A new competitive sport sweeping the country is coming to Marquette County. Brian Troutman, the CEO of Upper Peninsula Cage Fighting joined Sunny 101.9’s Mark and Walt in the Morning to preview an event coming up in Skandia later this month.

The event will be on Saturday, June 25-th at the Sturgis Saloon, formerly known as the Angry Beaver Bar. There will be two live bands and a full card of fights for folks to take in. The fights get underway at 7-pm. Troutman also discussed the evolution of competition and how it has changed since he first caught the bug for the sport in 1992.
