Escanaba – A photographic exhibit detailing the life of farmers on lands flooded in the Yangtze River Valley will open Thursday, September 11 at the Bonifas Gallery in Escanaba.
In 1999, photographer Steven Benson traveled 400 miles on the Yangtze to compile a collection of photographs of some of the displaced people and flooded places within the new Three Gorges Reservoir.
