Marquette – “Spanish/Espanol” will be the theme of the Second Thursday Creativity Series on September 11 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Upper Peninsula Children's Museum.
The event, geared for preschool and elementary age children and their families or caregivers, will celebrate the One Book/One Community book “Shadow of the Wind” which is set in Spain.
There will be crafts, activities, food and more, all with a Spanish theme. The event is free with admission or membership.
Thursday nights are Domino's Pizza Night at the museum. Call in orders to the museum before 5:30 p.m. for delivery during the event.
