Michigamme – A Memorial Day ceremony will be conducted on Monday, May 30 at 10 a.m. at the Lakeview Cemetery in Michigamme.
Local servicemen will serve as color guard, and special music will be provided by area children. After the ceremony, refreshments will be served at the Michigamme Community Building. If weather is inclement, the program will be held at the community building.
Michigamme Historical Museum will open for the summer season that day; hours will be noon to 5 p.m.
