Marquette – Marquette General Nutrition and Wellness/Diabetes Education, in conjunction with the Marquette Food Co-op, will sponsor an Eat Right with Color presentation and cooking demonstration on Monday, March 28 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Peter White Public Library in Marquette.
Presenters Patricia Smith, Marquette General corporate/community dietitian, and Sarah Monte, education and programs coordinator for the co-op, will focus on the nutritional value of fruits and vegetables and why color is important. Afterward, participants may see a veggie wrap demo and make their own wrap.
