Marquette – Peter Claybaker, owner and head baker of the Marquette Baking Company, will present “Flakey French Laminated Pastries: Fussy But Fantastic!” on Thursday, March 17 from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. in the Whitman Commons at Northern Michigan University.
The presentation will cover the history, baking processes, and a taste of some of the products.
