Marquette – The Central Upper Peninsula Chapter of the Sierra Club will meet on Wednesday, March 16 at 7 p.m. for a screening of “Gasland” in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library in Marquette.
The film is a documentary on “fracking” for natural gas, a process that may be coming to Michigan. A discussion will follow. The event is open to the public.
