AuTrain – The Citizens Reach Program will offer a free, fun, autumn cooking class, led by MSU Extension's Vicki Ballas, on Thursday October 29 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the AuTrain Township Community building.
The theme of Vicki's class will be a healthy hearty harvest feast including Hubbard Squash soup, pumpkin bean burgers and apple pie smoothies. Please join in and find out just how healthy food can taste.
