A SPECIAL EMERGENCY NEWS BULLETIN:
Northern Michigan University in Marquette will close today (Wednesday, Feb. 2) due to a serious threat it has received. This will include essential personnel, unless otherwise notified. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
The Marquette Area Public Schools have also announced that the High School is on lock down as well. Students are being kept in the building until further notice. The lock down is related to the threat at NMU and more information will be made available as soon as possible.
