Marquette – The Marquette County Quilters will present a lecture/performance by Joe Cunningham, nationally known author of “Men and the Art of Quiltmaking,” on Wednesday, February 2 at 6:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Library.
Cunningham will discuss English quiltmaker Joseph Hedley, known as “Joe the Quilter,” who lived from 1750-1830.
Cunningham also will present his original new quilts in a trunk show. copies of his book will be available for sale and signing.
