Hancock – Portage Health's Caring Heart Class will be offered on Tuesday, October 20 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Portage Health Conference Center, 500 Campus Drive in Hancock.
Learn how to proect your heart, especially if you have risk factors for heart diseases or a family history of heart problems. Healthcare professionals will teach you have to boost your heart health by making simple changes to your nutrition and exercise habits.
The class is free, but pre-registration is required. To register, please call Portage Health's Community Health Department at 483-1149.
