Marquette – The 19th Annual International Craft Fair and Alternative Gift Market will be held on Friday, December 3 from 5 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday, December 4 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 201 East Ridge, Marquette.
Craft Fair purchases enables artisans and cooperatives in poverty stricken areas of the world to receive fair prices for their unique work and to be more self-sustaining. By choosing an Alternative Gift from the “shopping list for the world” you can honor someone while providing a gift of food, shelter, medicine, education, clean water, etc. You will receive a card explaining to the receiver that this special gift has been given in their name.
The men of St. Paul’s will be serving homemade soup and bread on Saturday starting at 11 a.m., and there will be a White Elephant Sale and Bake Sale during the hours of the soup luncheon.
