Ishpeming – It’s teddy bear time at the ski hall again! This will be the fifth and final year the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame in Ishpeming will hold the month long event. And, organizers are hoping it will be their biggest to date!
Last year over 800 teddy bears filled the ski hall, this year, they’re trying to break 1,000! But, it can’t be done without your help. If have teddy bears you can lend to the ski hall, drop them off Saturday, November 6 between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.
The Farewell Teddy Bear Christmas will kick off on December 4 and run though January 8.
If you have bears you’d like to donate but can’t bring them November 6, call Diane Darlington at the ski hall, 485-6323.
