Marquette – The Forest Roberts Theatre's production of “Actletes” will be presented Wednesday, October 7 through Saturday, October 10 at 7:30 p.m. each evening at Northern Michigan University. A special matinee will be offered on Saturday at 1 p.m.
This is a completely original evening of theatre games and improvisation, inspired by baseball and other sports. “Actletes” presents a competition between two teams of actors over nine innings of actor exercises, improvisation and theatre games.
Tickets cost $8 for students, $12 for the general public, and may be purchased from noon to 5 p.m. weekdays at the Forest Roberts theatre box office, at the TFC Bank in the University Center at NMU, the Superior Dome and in Negaunee at the Vista Theatre Thrift Shop.
