Marquette – The Israeli Ethnic Ensemble will perform on Saturday, October 16 at 7:30 p.m. Saturday in the Forest Roberts Theatre as part of the International Performing Arts Series.
The five-member band’s sounds are drawn from Eastern European, Balkan, Gypsy, Sephardic and Yemenite melodies.
Tickets cost $5 in advance, $6 at the door for students; $13/$15 for NMU faculty/staff and seniors age 60 or older, and $18/$20 for the public, available at NMU EZ Ticket outlets.
