Marquette – Master herbalist Karen Mallinger will teach a class on methods for preservation of herbs on Wednesday, Sept. 8 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Marquette Arts and Culture Center in the Peter White Public Library in Marquette.
Mallinger also will demonstrate how to make tinctures, glycerites and infused oils. The class is free to Marquette Food Co-op owners, with a $3 requested donation for others. For more information, call 225-0671, ext. 23.
