Ishpeming – A Labor Day Festival will be held on Monday, September 6 beginning with a parade at 11 a.m. in Ishpeming. The parade route is Euclid Street to Main Street to Division Street to Lakeshore Drive.
A Picnic and rally will follow the parade at the Cliff’s Shaft Mine Museum and Lake Bancroft Park. A Picnic lunch of your choice of pasty or hot dogs. Pop, water and adult beverages will be available.
Music will be provided by Fast Eddies Blues Band. There will also be speakers, kids games, and free tours of Cliff Shaft.
