Ishpeming – A FinnFunDay will be held on Saturday, September 19 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Ishpeming Township Hall, 1575 U.S. 41 West in Champion.
FinnFunDay is a new version of the annual League of Finnish American Societies Picnic.
Coffee and coffee bread will be available, as well as Lawry's pasties and cudighis, Taste of Chicago hot dogs, toasted almonds and more.
A playground will be available, there will be a small marketplace, and baked goods.
The Superior Model A's Car Club will display antique cars from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Music and music workshops, Finnish lessons, baking lessons, and dancing lessons will also be offered.
