Harvey – The Silver Creek Neighborhood Block Party, held in conjunction with National Night Out, will be held on Saturday, August 21 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the grounds of Silver Creek Church, 219 Silver Creek Road, Harvey.
Food and beverages will be provided, and backpacks containing school supplies will be given to children who attend. The Chocolay Police will offer bike registrations and will give bike helmets to children who attend. Many community help organizations will be on hand with information about the services they provide.
