Marquette = The Peter White Public Library Readers Theater will read Shakespeare’s “Henry IV Part 2” on Tuesday, July 6 at 7 p.m. in the library’s Shiras Room.
This play is the third of a four-part series which deals with the historical rise of the English royal House of Lancaster. A mix of history and comedy, it moves from high scenes of kings and battles to low scenes of city taverns and country life.
Readers Theater meets the first Tuesday of each month to read plays for enjoyment. New members are welcome. For information, call 226-4318.
