Live Sky Tour and The Nature of Science Nov. 2

Marquette – The Shiras Planetarium, located in the rear of Marquette Senior High School, will present the program “Live Sky Tour and The Nature of Science” on Monday, November 2 at 7:30 p.m.

The program begins with a short program, “Live Sky Tour” using the MS-8 Star Projector which displays one of the best indoor skies anywhere in the world. Learn about the stars and constellations of this season in complete realism.

The feature program, “The Nature of Science” is a brand new full dome experience that delves into a basic question: what is science? Come enjoy a beautifully detailed show that will enlighten and excite you about what science can mean.

Doors open at 7:15 p.m. Admission is $3 for adults and $2 for students and senior citizens. Please no unattended children due to noise concerns.
