K.I. Sawyer – Lake Superior Chapter 850 of the Experimental Aircraft Association will offer free airplane flights for youths ages 8-17 on Saturday, June 12 with registration from 9:30 a.m. to noon in the general aviation terminal south of the main passenger terminal at Sawyer International Airport.
Flights are offered from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Flights are limited to a one-time experience and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Parents or legal guardians must complete a permission form; legal guardians must have documentation. Relatives are not legal guardians. Forms are available on site.
