Ishpeming – The Ishpeming Business Association will sponsor a citywide cleanup on Saturday, May 15, beginning at 10 a.m. in the downtown area, spearheaded by students from C.L. Phelps School and by Ishpeming area Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts.
Students and Scouts will meet at 10 a.m. in the parking lot at First Street and Cleveland Avenue. The association also encourages adults to participate. The Ishpeming Department of Public Works and area businesses are cooperating in the effort. For information, call Dave Williams at 250-9870.
