Marquette – Vertigo Theatre Company will present the puppet show “Once Upon a Time” on Saturday, May 15 at 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. in the Arts and Culture Center at the Peter White Public Library in Marquette.
Grimm’s fairy tale “The Gallant Tailor” will come alive on the library puppet stage and will appeal to all ages.
Children attending the performances will have a chance to win a beautifully illustrated hardcover copy of “Classic Fairy Tales” to read at home. Drawing participants must be present to win.
There is no admission charge thanks to sponsorship, in part by the Michigan Center for the Book and the Carroll Paul Memorial Trust Fund of the Peter White Public Library.
