Marquette – The Lake Superior Art Association will present “An Artist's Journey,” an exhibit by Karen Jilbert, through September 26 at the Marquette Arts and Culture Center on the lower level of Peter White Public Library in Marquette.
A public reception for the artist will be held on Thursday, September 3 from 6 to 8 p.m.
Jilbert is a Marquette native who works with stained glass, porcelain painting, fabric art, oil, watercolor and acrylic, and is inspired by the seasons and diverse colors of the Upper Peninsula.
