Marquette – Celebrity chef Jamika Pessoa will give a free presentation on Tuesday, April 20 at 6 p.m. in the University Center Charcoal Room at Northern Michigan University.
Pessoa specializes in international cuisine, drawing inspiration from her southern and Caribbean backgrounds. She has studied under numerous European chefs and has worked at five-star hotels such as the Ritz Carlton-Buckhead.
