Houghton – “Respect Yourself: The Stax Records Story” will be offered on Wednesday, April 14 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Portage Lake District Library in Houghton.
Music historian Anthony Daniel will give a brief talk about Stax and the music of Memphis. This will be followed by the documentary film “Respect Yourself: The Stax Records Story.” Everyone is invited.
