NATIVE CULTURE FEATURED AT NMU

April Lindala, Director of the Center For Native American Studies at Northern Michigan University joined us to give us an update on events and activities going on this weekend at NMU being put on by the Native American Student Association. Comedian Don Burnstick, a Canadian First Nations comic is performing at NMU on Friday evening and the 18th Annual ‘Learning to Walk Together’ Traditional Pow Wow is being held on Saturday. Both events are being held at the Vandament Arena on Campus.
