Calendar – Faith – Baha’i ‘s Ayyam-i-Ha Party – Feb. 28

Marquette – The Marquette Baha’i community will sponsor its annual Ayyam-i-Ha Party on Sunday, February 28 from 2 to 4:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Library in Marquette.

Baha’is celebrate the festival of Ayyam-i-Ha each year through acts of love, fellowship, unity, charity and good will. As part of celebrating this festival, the Marquette Baha’is sponsor this family-oriented Ayyam-i-Ha party for the public.

The theme this year is “Hats off to Humanity.” Attendees may wear a hat or make one at the party. Music, crafts, henna tattooing and other activities will be offered, along with light refreshments. The drumming group Log Jam will perform at 3:30 p.m. Nonperishable food items will be accepted for donation to a local food bank.
