Curtis – The city of Curtis will host its 16th annual Winter Carnival on Saturday, February 13 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
Activities will include ice fishing for trophy-size trout, with prizes awarded, sled dog rides, snow sculptures, a mini sled challenge, a chili cookoff, children’s games, turkey bowling, a bonfire on the ice and fireworks over the lake at dusk.
