Great Lakes Radio, Inc. in Marquette, Michigan has a full time position open in Traffic, Billing & Payables. Although this is a highly responsible Industry position, entry level candidates will be considered if they have very strong computer skills, are detail-oriented, have a proven problem-solving track record will be considered. Task to include:
* Traffic and Scheduling of Programming, Commercials, and Production.
* Production duties and Coordination.
* Collecting, Organizing, Documenting, and Paying Billables.
* Invoicing, Billing, Problem Resolution.
* Billing and resolution of issues related to sales, invoicing, contracts, and billing.
* Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly tasks related to a multi-station network programming, scheduling, and planning.
* Oversite of various personel and events, as well as well as scheduling.
* Timely filing so of contracts and forms throughout year; Various clerical duties.
* Careful Documentation of all duties via internal Intranet and other means as indicated by Management.
* Excution of Company Policy.
* Various other day to day duties as specified by GLR management.

Requirements:
Ambition, high computer literacy, strong skills with MS Office, ability to learn and use effectively Traffic Program Arrows, Scheduling Program Jockey Pro, Marketing Program from 11 Software, numerous other computer programs as well multi-tasking and organization skills will allow successful candidate to best secure, perform, and retain position. Extremely Detail-oriented person is a MUST.
