YMCA UPDATE WITH LISA COOMBS-GEROU
Lisa Coombs-Gerou from the YMCA of Marquette County gave us an update of activities going on at the “Y” as part of her regular “Y Wednesday” in-studio visit. She told us about a few events going on this week at the “Y”, but the bulk of the conversation dealt with the “HealthSeekers 2010” program beginning soon. The program is a 12-week plan to help people become more active and healthful in their day-to-day lives and in their personal food and activity choices.
