Ishpeming – The AMVETS Annual Public Picnic will be held on Saturday, August 1 from noon to 6 p.m. at the AMVETS Post, 122 County Road CCE, 10 miles south of Ishpeming off County Road 581. Signs will be posted.
There will be food, beverages, live entertainment, kids games, supervised swimming, bingo, horseshoes, and frozen treats available.
Admission is $1 at the gate. There will be door prizes and raffles throughout the afternoon. No carry-ins please.
